... Well people comment who would win and why. c: (PLAY NICE >:U) to make the decision easier, I want all you you to only count Luffy and Ichigo (both post timeskip). This means count them in the forms they can willingly bring forth. (EX: Counting Ichigo in his prime would disregard Ichigo's full hollow form Form, Fullbring, Mastered Bankai and his Saigo Getsuga Tensho technique) :u P.S I HALFASSED ON THIS PICTURE IN FEAR OF THE LAPTOP OVERHEATING AND DYING!
Who I think would win below the copyright and ownership~
:3 As always people, Enjoy the art and stay Beautiful~
In my author's comment I stated that I am comparing both Characters in their current state right now (both post time skip) . This would mean Ichigo doesn't have his Vizard powers, His mastered Bankai (Jinzen form) nor he can use the Saigo Getsuga (since I doubt he will throw away his shinigami powers just to beat one opponent that isn't really a threat to what he cares the most, and as far as his Quincy Powers we still need to see them developed, but I guess his use of Blut will be acceptable in this fight). Now as for Luffy, we don’t really know his prime because One Piece is nowhere near ending, and we can estimate Ichigo since Bleach is ending soon. Now, in my opinion, I believe that this math would be very close for the reason that both of these characters have some extraordinary abilities and powers, yet they have Strength and Weakness that each other can exploit in this battle. But in the outcome of who will be victorious would be (again in my opinion) Luffy. Luffy, unlike Ichigo, has the ability to not fall for the same attack more than twice I believe, this would cause problems to Ichigo since most of his style of fighting is just swing swing getsuga tensho, and then repeat. One thing I do see Ichigo beating Luffy is in speed since in Bankai mode, Ichigo’s zanpakuto is compressed thus giving him the ability to move faster than before, but still within this state he has tendency to attack in a repeated way over and over. Making it easy for Luffy to get the upper hand and not fall for the same attack or assault. Not to mention, he can still use Gear 2 to try to move and now that he has spotted and knows where Ichigo will attack once again, he can use Gear 3 and inflate his hand to punch Ichigo, and move him out of his trance of speed. One thing that people over see is that Luffy can resist and counter attack sword attack since he has his hierro like ability called Busoshoku Haki, which hardens and darkens his skin. Under this ability he has several forms of it which could be used against Ichigo hack and slashes. Another thing that is overlooked is Luffy’s strength. Ichigo’s enhanced strength in his Shinigami form is nowhere near Luffy’s. Aside of that, another trait that Luffy has is his Wil Power, which in my opinion its really indomitable compared to Ichigo. Ichigo Will power is easily beaten by despair as we seen in the Ichigo vs Ulquiorra fight, and as well as the one with Gin’s. Some can agree that if Ichigo is taken too far, he will be a badass but to be realistic, Luffy isn’t really the type of person that would get Ichigo to that point since it’s obvious that Luffy wouldn’t be so mad to kill Ichigo’s friends and family. Another reason why Luffy would win is that, Ichigo attacks are more physical besides the getsuga tensho, in within the physical range of fights, Luffy would beat Ichigo. Ichigo wouldn’t match Luffy’s hand to hand combat and plus, Ichigo doesn’t do Kido nor have a steady stile of Zanjutsu. I will agree that Ichigo can take the blows since he now has Blut, but so far we have seen, he doesn’t have full control over the Blut. Meaning that he can’t use it by will, he only used it by instincts. Luffy when not fighting, he is a dimwit, and an appetite for delicious food, but when it comes to fighting he is a true genius and will exploit Ichigo’s weakness to the max. Luffy for that reason is a lot like Goku, a true genius. Luffy has fought enemies who have had outright immunity to his physical attacks and yet he STILL manages to win. His resolve and conviction easily surpass Ichigo's if you examine the reasons they fight for, the lengths to go to to see them done, and the improvements each have made in the face of danger. If I bring in Luffy whose mastered Haki, Luffy would be quite a bit simpler, but his simplicity is also his strength. He isn't conflicted like Ichigo is. When Luffy commits to something, he commits 100%. Ichigo never claimed to do that. Luffy has not once bagged or cried at his opponents like Ichigo has done, he’s just been royally pissed. But in reality, this battle goes past physical fight, this fight can on to who is the best OF THE BEST. Although, granted the Luffy does have an advantage for having his character growth for 600+ chapters, and Ichigo has barely 520+.
Easily Ichigo. Luffy is no where near as fast, nor would he have any defense for getsuga tensho. Although it isn't really a fair comparison because as a whole the one piece universe is weaker than the Bleach one, just like they're both weaker than DBZ's universe.
Ichigo would win, as awesome as luffy is he isn't immune to blades, lpus ichigo in Bankai has a lot of physical power, allowing his sword to cut even Haki-fied Luffy.
